The day before, I made another one of my pizzas with a very delicious and easy (non-yeast) crust.

I am going to share the recipe for the crust-

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tspn each of cornstarch and baking powder

Couple pinches of salt

1/2 tspn of sugar mixed into 3 Tblsns melted butter OR 1 Tblsn olive oil + 2 Tblsns melted butter

Mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.  Add sugar, butter (oil) mixture, and mix. Add enough water (any temp.) to make a sticky dough.  Then, add a tiny bit of additional flour to make dough not sticky. Work that additional flour gently into dough with hands.  This makes dough nice and soft. Press into pan a pretty thin layer since it will rise.

Pre-bake crust for 7 minutes on 400 degrees without any toppings on it, so crust does not get soggy.

After pre-baking- add sauce, and toppings of your choice. Bake for 15-18 minutes on 400 degrees.

Makes one pizza for a really hungry person or two smaller pizzas for two people who are not big eaters.
